Delivery Terms and Conditions
Free delivery to UK mainland:- 3 - 7 working days. Worldwide delivery £6.99. Delivery times are calculated in working days i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 4.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order has been placed the next working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra two working days.
To place all orders telephone 01373 473326. All card payments are securely processed by Streamline (part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group).
At no point do we store your credit/debit card details on our computer systems. We do our best to meet the declared delivery times. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore we cannot guarantee them.
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract will only occur when we receive confirmation of payment. All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges. The total cost of your order will be the price of the product you order, plus the applicable delivery charge. Prices and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Electron, Solo, Amex and other debit cards. Payment is deducted when our partner payment provider processes your order.
If there is a fault with your product within twelve months of your delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days or delivery. This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Selective Memory’s liability for any injury, damage or loss arising from the use of any goods purchased via this web site, or from a transaction itself, are hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of Selective Memory will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased.
English law applies to this contract.
